Nowadays it is a very common phenomenon that some university students are late for or even absent from classes. And still there are some students who slip out of the classroom before the class is over. Class attendance has become a thorny problem to both the students and teachers.

In fact, it is very important for the students to attend their classes regularly. First, it will ensure you to catch up with the teachers in your learning. That is very helpful to you if you want to do a good job in your study. Second, attending classes regularly is a way of showing respect to your teachers ,too. Your teachers will feel bad if the students do not attend their classes, which, in turn, will affect their teaching and be no good for the students. Third, attending classes regularly will help to form a good habit of punctuality, which is of great importance for the students to do a good job in the future.

Therefore, we university students should form the good habit of attending our classes regularly from now on. And some day we'll benefit from it.

新的一年即将到来，为更好提升管理经验。我在这里总结过去展望未来！

一年来我一直以公司的6S要求严格要求自己！我虽是一名普通的公司保安，但在我心中，华自科技就是我的家，领导是我的家长。同事是我的兄弟姐妹，公司的事是我自已的事，我要在队长率领下一起精心守卫我们的家，使它在安全的环境中茁壮成长。我明白作为一个家庭成员，“守卫公司、守卫我家”的责任重大。

秩序维护是一项特殊的、并具有很大危险性的工作，可我没有因此而胆怯、畏惧。卡内基钢铁公司总裁齐瓦勃曾经说过“我们不是在为老板打工，更不是单纯为了赚钱，我是在为自己的梦想打工，为自己的远大前途打工。我们只能在业绩中提升自己。”因此，我们必须秉承严肃认真的工作态度，干好日常看似*淡的工作，要想得到，做得全。坚决完成上级领导交给们的每一项任务，做到让领导放心。

在熊队的带领下，我们圆满地完成了今年的工作任务，得到同事们的满意，得到了领导的认可，我们的工作今年是比较重的一年、当中有新的厂房正在建筑中进出的人员多且复杂、对我们的工作加大了压力，在这种情况下我们加强对进出人员、施工人员正监管和登记，定时进行楼巡，把萌芽的事故撤底消灭，确保公司的安全，有时会有高空抛物，为了保护好群众的生命财产，车辆不受伤坏，我们做了大量宣传工作。也采取了一些合情合理的措施！

今年也是人事压力大的一年。在人员紧缺的情况下我们能合理安排岗位，正确引导队员上好班。

在工作生活当中本人在一年的总结如下：

1、坚决服从领导、认真领会执行公司的经管理策略和工作指示精神，并贯彻落实到岗位实际工作当中，始终把维护公司利益放在第一位。

2、对公司的治安严于管理，敢于不法分子作斗争。

3、严格要求对进出的车辆要求记录，做到文明服务。

4、在队长的带领下我们进行了小区的绿化、维护工作。创建和谐文明公司环境。

5、坚持“预防为主、防消结合”的消防方针，完善消防设备巡查及保养措施，并加强消防知识的培训，提高防火意识，能掌握消防设备的操作方法，确保安全。

6、从各个方面时刻严格要求自己，起到表率作用。

以上是我在一年中做到做好的方面，纵观一年的工作客观自我剖析，自已在下列中方面存在不足之处，肯领导的指正与批评，以待今后的工作中进一步加强和改正。

1、工作当中有松懈。

2、工作经验和相关管理知识仍需进一步学习，积累。

We Chinese place a high value on responsibility. It is traditional deal for us Chinese to take care of our parents. We owe them a great deal for the love they give us while we are growing up. It is right, then, when they are getting older with each passing day, we help them and see that they are well cared for. In this way, we give back some of the love and care they have given to us.

As loyal Chinese citizens, we must have a strong sense of responsibility to our country. I t is our duty to keep China strong in the eyes of the world.
